CLASSIC TOUR OF THE 3 ISLANDS
The exit is from the calm lagoon of conil, aboard a boat of 8 passengers maximum.
Bird Island, known for being one of the best places for bird watching in Mexico, as well as Isla Passion where you will have free time to explore its beaches and surroundings.
Finally the historically important cenote yalahau, in which you can be refreshed while swimming in its crystalline and sweet waters. With the option of a bathroom and a small restaurant, it is the perfect place to relax and coexist with others. Returning to the same point from where we left.

CATOCHE CABO TOUR
Departing from whale shark's wharf, you will depart heading for Catoche where you can see on the way from turtles to define in its natural habitat, on board there will be drinks. We will fish our own lunch, then swim between turtles and manta rays!, all this, to reach the sandbar at the end of the tranquil Santa Paula River, surrounded by mangrove swamps and birds, then we will enjoy, on land, our lunch. There will be a free time to relax in the beautiful waters and delight with the unique view that has to offer this corner away from holbox. If time allows we will pass by the famous "mosquito point" where if we are lucky we will be able to see and photograph the flamingos!

WHALE SHARK TOUR

Explore the mangroves! In order to take advantage of the current and the wind, we start either: from the side of the sea (to finish on the side of the lagoon) or from the side of the lagoon (to finish on the sea side), on board double or single kayaks, We will paddle through low and calm waters, being able to appreciate the flora and fauna that has the most virgin part of the island to offer.

SNORKEL IN CENOTE
This adventure is only suitable for those who really want to know the unexplored side of the peninsula! With a private transportation from chiquilá, we leave (1: 30hrs) heading to the heart of the Yucatan peninsula. Arriving at the village of "Xcan" in yucatán, crossing its streets on the outskirts of the town, we will find the majestic cenote "Zaac-ha" (white water). Here we will make a walking tour through the deepest of the system, which is known to be more than 5 km long and lodges from prehispanic animal bones to humans and postclassic Maya pottery. Not to mention galleries full of stalactites and stalagmites, as well as other capricious formations on the rock. From going down a rope to crawling is what you will have to do in this true adventure.
At the end of the day and for refreshment, we will transfer for 5 minutes to the spectacular cenote "Chooj-ha", a gigantic vault hidden under the limestone, there we will equate and swim in the crystalline waters where you will be able to appreciate the enormous columns submerged under the water as well the vast and astonishing depth of the system that composes it. Once the snorkel is finished, the driver will wait at the entrance to embark on the journey back to Chiquila, where he can stop at Kantunilkin to taste some delicious regional food.

Walk the most beautiful beaches of holbox on horseback! Departing from the beach in this route of 1:45 min approx, we will arrive until "punta ciricote" to appreciate the beautiful "passion island". Then we will return by the sea, entering several times in the water refreshing both the horse and rider, special to take photos, it is recommended to do the afternoon shift. Having horses available for beginners as well as for advanced riders, this activity allows you to enjoy the entire western part of the island (Cocos Point). If you have experience and want to gallop faster, the guide will kindly point you to the areas where you can do it! Always being at your discretion.

Fishing Tournament "Cherondito"
Fishing tournament is held year-after-year in the Island of Holbox in the month of February. This event aims to promote the maritime gastronomy of Holbox and is part of the efforts of local business involved at this Holbox Gastronomic Show, headed by organizationer, the Brazilian singer Denisse de Kalafe.
San Telmo's patron saint festival
It is celebrated from April 4 to 19, festivities are held to honor the patron saint of fishermen, who begin with small celebrations in the homes of the locals, where food is shared during this time, the small base of Holbox dresses up with a traditional fair of the towns in Mexico, with games and attractions for children, food stalls, handcrafts and products of the region. on the last day of the fiestas dedicated to San Telmo González, there’s a pilgrimage by sea with the fishermen of the island and their families, which culminates with a large popular gathering in the center of the town, dressed in long tablecloths and feasts all night to the patron saint of Holbox and his people.More information
Fishing tournament "José María Sabatini
Fishing tournament held every year on the island of Holbox in August. Under an atmosphere of unity from the locals, this traditional fishing tournament is held on the island of Holbox with more than 50 boats from all over the state.
At very early in the morning all leave into open sea and after several hours, little by little they return to the area of passage where they bring unique catches that could weight up to 120 kilograms.
International Whale Shark Day
August 30th is the Whale Shark Day, a specie that is also known as Lady Fish or Domino, due to the white spots on its skin and is one of the marine animals that each year visit s the Mexican waters.
This celebration was established during the second International Whaling Shark Conference in 2008, in order to create awareness among the world population about the importance of its conservation, since it is one of the species classified as endangered because of factors such as Fishing, pollution of the ecosystem, ship traffic and unsustainable tourism.

International gastronomic show
This exhibition has already had four editions with notable success in the organization and the response of the public. In it local chefs participate and some guests from abroad.
The dishes are made with the fresh catch of the sea complimented with regional, national and even international drinks. The seat of this particular event is the beach of the Hotel Puerto Holbox, place where its origins started.
