Rates and Taxes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All rates are listed in US Dollars (USD)<\/strong> and are subject to a 21% tax per night<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An additional $1.50 USD sanitation tax per person, per night<\/strong> (mandated by local authorities) will also be added to your final bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandatory Security Deposit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A $130 USD security deposit per room<\/strong> is required upon check-in to cover incidentals. This amount will be fully refunded at check-out<\/strong>, provided there are no extra charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Cancellation & No-Show Policies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

High Season (December 24 \u2013 January 4):<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • A 100% prepayment<\/strong> of the total stay will be charged at any time after booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cancellations must be made at least 61 days prior to arrival<\/strong> to receive a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cancellations made within 60 days<\/strong> of arrival are non-refundable<\/strong>, and the total amount including taxes will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Regular Season (January 5 \u2013 December 23):<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • A deposit equal to one night plus taxes<\/strong> will be charged after booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cancellations must be made at least 6 days before arrival<\/strong> for a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cancellations made within 5 days<\/strong> of arrival will incur a penalty of one night plus taxes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      No-Shows:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the stay plus taxes<\/strong>, and the reservation will be canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Non-Refundable Rates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Reservations marked as non-refundable, non-cancellable, or similar<\/strong> will be charged 100% of the total stay<\/strong> at any time after booking.
      All cancellations under this rate are non-refundable<\/strong>, regardless of timing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Child Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Children 12 years old and under<\/strong> stay free when sharing a room with adults and using existing beds (subject to room capacity).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Children 13 years and older<\/strong> are charged the adult rate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Pet Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        We\u2019re sorry, but pets are not allowed<\/strong> at Spirit Holbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        A valid credit card<\/strong> is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
