Reservation Policies

Rates and Taxes

All rates are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to a 21% tax per night.

An additional $1.50 USD sanitation tax per person, per night (mandated by local authorities) will also be added to your final bill.


Mandatory Security Deposit

A $130 USD security deposit per room is required upon check-in to cover incidentals. This amount will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no extra charges.


Cancellation & No-Show Policies

High Season (December 24 – January 4):

  • A 100% prepayment of the total stay will be charged at any time after booking.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 61 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, and the total amount including taxes will be charged.

Regular Season (January 5 – December 23):

  • A deposit equal to one night plus taxes will be charged after booking.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 days before arrival for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will incur a penalty of one night plus taxes.

No-Shows:

Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the stay plus taxes, and the reservation will be canceled.


Non-Refundable Rates

Reservations marked as non-refundable, non-cancellable, or similar will be charged 100% of the total stay at any time after booking.
All cancellations under this rate are non-refundable, regardless of timing.


Child Policy

  • Children 12 years old and under stay free when sharing a room with adults and using existing beds (subject to room capacity).
  • Children 13 years and older are charged the adult rate.

Pet Policy

We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed at Spirit Holbox.


Payment

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
